The choice of tactics for the treatment of uterine leiomyoma

Methodical recommendations of the Ukrainian center of scientific medical information and patent-licensing work of the  Health Ministry of Ukraine "Tactics choice of uterine leiomyoma treatment, depending on the type of its angioarchitectonic structure".

The developed method of individualized therapy allows at 8% of the cases to stabilize the growth of myomatous nodes, 79% - to achieve regression of uterine fibroids, in 84.7% of cases reduce the clinical expressions of disease. Operative intervention in volume of hysterectomy was carried out in 2.4 times less (only 13% of cases) than with existing standards, which testifies its effectiveness.
